Shrimps with Garlic and Carrots


Shrimps 400 grams
1 ½ tbsp. Bembie's ghee
3 or 4 cloves of garlic - sliced
2 large fresh carrots - grated on a coarse grater

We recommend fresh shrimp, but if you buy frozen, wait for them to thaw before cooking them. They must also be cleaned - without the shells.


Place a medium-sized pan on the stove.
Turn on the heat to 400°F
Add all the Bembie's Ghee.

Arrange the shrimp in the pan so they cover the bottom.
After 1 min add the grated carrots and the garlic.
Bake in the shrimps in the heated pan for about 4, 5 minutes. Stir several times. Add salt to taste. You will get sunny colors and wonderful taste on the plate.

Add a pinch of love and a pinch of good cheer. Eat and enjoy.
