Made for movie night.
It can be consumed by children and adults.
1 ½ tbsp. Bembie's Ghee
6 tbsp. Yellow Pop Corn
Pour 1 ½ tablespoons of Bembie's Ghee. Heat until completely melted over moderate heat. Add 6 tbsp pop corn (or enough to cover bottom of pan no more than one grain deep). Close the pot with a lid. Cover pan and shake gently over medium high heat, allowing steam to escape from popping grain. Remove pan from heat when popping stops and carefully pour popped kernels into large bowl.
Season to your liking.
