Do You Have Free Shipping?

Customers purchasing individual jars from our retail site can expect free shipping when they spend the amount indicated on our site for orders being shipped within the continental U.S. Wholesale customers purchasing large quantities will receive the appropriate shipping rate per selected carrier and the weight of the shipment. 

We currently do not ship outside of the continental U.S.


When do you ship orders? What is your handling time?

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays) between 9 am and 5 pm EST.

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. 


How long will shipping take?

Depending on the shipping method you select, on average, it can take 5-10 business days to receive your order. However, delays may be possible through the holiday season.

Tracking numbers are generated when we begin your order. Upon receiving the email with your shipping information, please use the link to track your package.

We do not guarantee any specific dates for delivery. 


How is shipping calculated?

Shipping charges are based on both weight and distance. We use packing materials to prevent breakage for these gourmet products. Some extra materials may be used to ensure safe delivery.


What if my package arrived damaged? 

If your package is damaged in transit, we will reship it at no cost using the same shipping method.


My order was returned to you. Now what?

If we ship your package and it returns to us due to you entering an incorrect shipping address or other issues regarding delivery to your location, you can either accept a refund minus the original shipping cost or pay the shipping cost again to reship the package to a corrected address.
